Following the closure of Mobilco Australia Pty. Ltd in 1977, Mr Fred Taylor, who had been Australian Sales Manager for 21 years, formed Heavycut Machinery. The company has been manafacturing a range of slashers from its premises in Bayswater, Victoria.

Heavycut Machinery was owned and operated jointly by the Taylor and McMillan families.

Heavycut Spares and Maintenance now supplies the Heavycut Super Sweep, along with Heavycut Slasher spare parts, post hole digger parts and augers.
